REFUND POLICY

We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for orders that have already been delivered or picked up, unless there is a verified issue with the product.

2. Refunds and Replacements

We may offer a replacement or partial refund under the following conditions:
• The flowers arrived damaged or wilted upon delivery.
• The order received is significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong color, size, or type).
• The delivery was not made within the promised time window and it was due to our error.

If one of these situations applies, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide:
• A photo of the item(s)
• Your order number
• A brief explanation of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Orders not picked up or undeliverable due to wrong addresses, recipient unavailable, or refused delivery
• Orders affected by weather delays or acts of God
• Minor variations in flower color or arrangement, as substitutions may occur due to seasonal availability

4. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.
• Orders canceled after that window may not be eligible for a refund.
• Same-day orders and holiday orders are non-cancellable once placed.
